Singer and actress and writer Jana Kramer rose to fame on television where she joined the team on One Tree Hill as Alex for its final three seasons. Kramer was in numerous episodes as a brand new country music artist. This helped her album make it to the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was the sequel and reached number Ten. As she ended the decade, she made appearances at Dancing with the Stars. Released in 2021 was the self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer, born in Rochester Hills Michigan and raised there, grew to love the music of country. In the future, she was pursuing the career of a recording artist. Her debut professional appearance was as an actress in the horror film indie Dead/Undead in 2002 when still a teenager. Through the years Kramer was a regular on a variety of shows, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the second season (2007-2008). Kramer was later cast to appear as Portia Ranson in 90210 (2008-2009) as well as Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009) and then was tapped for One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until about half-way through the last season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer was a star of One Tree Hill from 2009 to in 2012. Kramer was a signer of an agreement to sign an agreement with Elektra Records, and she introduced her new contemporary country tune I Won't give Up on an One Tree Hill 2011 episode. The track debuted in mid-2012 and was released on her debut full-length album Jana Kramer. The track was featured in the Top Country Albums of Billboard's chart in the Top Five. Her focus was on her musical career thereafter without retiring from acting Kramer appeared in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would draw the attention of her fans. Kramer's second album Thirty One came out on Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in the month of October 2015. With help from the Top Five country hit I Got the Boy and a duet featuring Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it fared even better reaching number three on the country album chart as well as number ten on the Billboard 200. The month of September 2016 saw her stint on the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted 2 months, and she finished with a 4th place finish. In the same year, she had an adult-oriented hit song featuring the song "Feels Like" Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
